The Auto-Sert AOH-5 air over hydraulic inserting press is the next innovation from Auto-Sert. The AOH-5 press inserts many sizes of clinch nuts, studs and standoffs manually or automatically. The AOH-5 can use the same tooling (manual or automatic) that are currently used in all other Autosert machines.

The versatility of the machine is inherent when considering is only requires 240V and minimal compressed air, enabling the machine to be moved around the factory to where it is required.

An example sitiation would be to place it beside the turret so the operator can place inserts into parts as son as receiving them from the turret.
